A company is looking for a Representative, Support Center.
Key Responsibilities
Provides service support to members and / or providers through various communication channels
Conducts surveys related to health assessments and member / provider satisfaction
Accurately documents member or provider inquiries and follows up on their needs
Required Qualifications
Up to 1 year of customer service, call center, and / or sales experience or equivalent education
Data processing experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
Ability to establish and maintain positive work relationships with coworkers and customers
