Required Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. Required Valid State driver's license and proof of liability insurance. Required Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
Work Schedule :
100%, day / eve, Monday-Friday / 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm / Rotating weekends / Rotating holidays.
Your primary work location will be 2550 Charles St Rockford IL.
Additional components of compensation may include :
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay
