Job Title : Information Technology Support

Reports to : HR & Operations Director

Summary :

Provide hourly, on-call and / or project based support for a racial justice focused organization. This position would be based on organizational needs. Hours will be flexible based on applicants schedule, including after hours or taking laptops home, but the organization would like at least a few hours during office hours.

MUST HAVE HARDWARE KNOWLEDGE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist with website technical challenges
• Assist with agency technical challenges
• Set up and troubleshoot employee laptops for new hires
• Investigate and resolve technological issues in a timely manner
