Culinary Leader - Kitchen Manager

Base salary $67,000–$75,000 + bonus. 401k match. Health, Dental, Vision, and Life benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-volume scratch kitchen, ensuring consistent food quality and guest experience.
  • Coach and develop kitchen staff, fostering a people-centric culture.
  • Manage P&L, balancing guest satisfaction with company goals.
  • Maintain strong people culture and passion for food.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in salaried kitchen management role.
  • Experience in high-volume, scratch kitchen environment.
  • Hands-on leadership; no clipboard management.
  • Passion for people, food, and coaching.
  • Strong P&L knowledge, guest & company balance.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Promotable with stable tenure.
  • Military experience a plus.
