A non-profit multi-specialty medical group with a 160-bed acute care community hospital is adding an additional Internal Medicine physician. We are taking part in an innovative program to improve primary care for our patients by working to become an Advanced Primary Care Practice, also known as a ?Patient-Centered Medical Home.?

Job Features

  • Monday-Friday workweek
  • No evening or weekend office hours
  • A team of 3 physicians and an APRN
  • Resident and Medical Student Teaching - grant-funded research
  • Leading compensation and comprehensive benefits package

  • Located 40 miles south of Hartford, 20 miles to New Haven, and 2.5 hours from New York City
  • Proximity to seacoast, Airport, and colleges and universities
  • Surrounding communities include Woodbury, Naugatuck, and Newtown
