About The Position

Responsibilities :
- Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists in the home setting
- Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patients' mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
- Educate patients and families on exercises and safety measures for home care
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress
- Collaborate with caregivers to support patients' rehabilitation goals
- Adapt interventions to fit the home environment and individual patient needs
Qualifications :
Completion of accredited PTA programCompletion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)CA PTA licensure / certificationFirst Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommendedClean driving recordJob details :
