Compensation & Incentives

Base Salary : $90K - $105 annual plus a 20% PIC bonus.

What Makes This Role Special?

As an Plant Manager you'll be in a collaborative Plant Manager role with our Sr. Plant Manager, as of our plant operations-leading cross-functional teams, driving safety and quality, and making a real impact on our plant's success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals

Oversee training and ensure product conformity

Manage daily production planning and preventative maintenance

Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives

Collaborate with Customer Service and other departments

Maintain compliance with HR policies and safety standards

Work hands-on in a warehouse environment with heavy machinery

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field

5+ years in plant or manufacturing management roles

Experience in Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma preferred)

Aerospace or Quality background

Strong project management and leadership skills

Safety-first mindset and team-oriented attitude
