Descripción del trabajo2+ years of experience in concrete construction or materials testing. Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Skilled at field verification of dimensions and procedures. Strong technical knowledge of concrete production, placement, and testing practices. Understanding of industry standards and codes (ACI, PCI, TCA). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Physically able to walk job sites, climb ladders, and access multi-level scaffolding. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed. Job Description
Forcine Concrete & Construction Co Inc is a leading subcontractor specializing in concrete construction projects across diverse markets and states. We’re seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist with a background in concrete construction testing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in problem-solving, and committed to upholding the highest standards of quality. If you’re passionate about concrete construction and take pride in delivering excellence, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Review contracts, scopes, and specifications before and during construction.
- Assist project teams with quality-related technical questions and solutions.
- Review concrete mix designs in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
- Conduct site visits to monitor and verify compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, documenting issues as needed.
- Coordinate with general contractors, owners, and project teams to maintain quality.
- Ensure regional compliance with safety and quality programs.
