Act as a primary coordinator for all disciplines involved in patient care. Carry out physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately. Assess and plan for patients' discharge needs, collaborating with the healthcare team. Utilize evidence-based practices in nursing care pertinent to patients' age and clinical requirements. Adhere to professional nursing standards and the ANA Code of Ethics. Maintain constant alertness and adhere to safety protocols in all duties. Perform additional related responsibilities as needed. Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent education for licensing Minimum of one year of registered nursing experience Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the respective state of practice Constant standing, walking, and verbal communication. Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of 0-25 lbs. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. and patient handling. Frequent visual, auditory, and sensory engagement.

Work Schedule :
- Week 1 : Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Week 2 : Monday, Tuesday, Friday
- Hours : 7 : 15 AM to 3 : 45 PM
- No holidays or weekends required

Job Summary :
As a Cardiac Rehab RN, you will provide direct nursing care according to established policies, procedures, and protocols. You will play a crucial role in implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating care across disciplines, and ensuring patients receive high-quality, evidence-based nursing care tailored to their needs.
