Summary
This role is responsible for safely operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with all company policies, safety requirements, and manufacturing excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Safety, Security & Compliance
- Follow all SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) and security rules, procedures, and controls.
- ddress unsafe behavior and immediately report incidents or risks to management.
- Protect confidential information, intellectual property, and company assets.
- Follow all required regulatory standards, SOPs, recipes, and documentation requirements.
- May handle, manage, or transport hazardous materials according to training and site requirements.
Manufacturing Excellence & Production
Set up, operate, adjust, and clean equipment to produce Dyneema products.Operate equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining product quality.Take samples, test product properties, and prepare materials for offline quality checks.Perform minor preventive maintenance and corrective adjustments within given limits.Maintain inventory of required components and supplies.Quality & Documentation
Perform in-process quality checks and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.Record raw materials used and products produced in designated computer systems.Maintain accurate tracking and traceability data.Material Handling
Move raw, intermediate, and finished product using standard material handling equipment.Safely operate pallet jacks and overhead cranes.Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
Use sound judgment to make decisions affecting product quality, safety, and equipment performance.Identify issues with equipment, set-ups, work orders, or processes and recommend improvements.Participate in investigations (Near Miss, RCA, JSA), SHE teams, quality teams, and special task assignments.Other

Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience (textile or composites experience preferred) OR relevant technical military training / experience.Skills & Abilities
