A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support and improve the recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate pre / post huddles for virtual onsite interviews
Build relationships with hiring managers and teams to facilitate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience
Provide weekly reports and support the Talent team with assigned projects
Required Qualifications
Entry-level position in Human Resources
Organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and prioritize tasks
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
Availability to work 10am-6pm ET or CT
Comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
