Mortgage Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor - Experienced.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage up to 30+ client loan files simultaneously, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the mortgage process, providing timely updates to customers

Monitor loan progress, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure compliance before submitting to underwriting

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of recent experience processing Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans

Experience supporting multiple loan officers / originators

Proficiency in working with the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Organized and thorough in managing files from preapproval to closing
