Director of SOX Compliance

A company is looking for a Director of SOX Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee the SOX compliance strategy and program

Establish and maintain a comprehensive SOX framework aligned with regulatory requirements

Partner with Finance, IT, and business process owners to design and implement effective internal controls

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

12+ years of progressive experience in SOX compliance, internal controls, or risk management

At least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams and programs

Proven expertise in SOX 404, PCAOB standards, and COSO framework

CPA, CIA, or CISA designation strongly preferred
