A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to enhance client experiences across digital design and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a high-performing client success function to retain clients and demonstrate value
Own post-sale client relationships and lead onboarding and project kickoff
Track client health, manage risks, and produce value reporting
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Management in a digital agency
Proven ability to manage high-touch relationships with senior stakeholders
Highly organized with strong follow-through on multiple projects
Strong AI / tooling fluency and experience with digital products
Comfortable using project management tools like ClickUp
