IT Sales Analytics Manager

As the IT Sales Analytics Manager , your role will involve overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the IT Sales and Marketing, Data and Business Analytic and B2B portal services. You will be managing a team of IT professionals and third-party consultants to ensure the system meets business requirements and to provide seamless service delivery. You will be instrumental in optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency.

What we're looking for...

• 10+ years of experience in IT / 5+ years of people management experience
• CRM, Rate & Quotation Management Systems (Design, Build, and Run)
• BI Dashboard design and development (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Business Portal / Website project / enhancement delivery experience
• Conversational Mandarin fluency is a plus

What you will do :

Manage stakeholders to understand new needs and review existing service fit-for-purpose

Define service roadmap aligning to business and foundation needs

Lead projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring and closing / training-to-run

Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals and suppliers / consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth

Oversee changes, enhancements, incidents resolution, and service requests to be delivered on expected service level

New York Office : 9 am-6 pm EST (Hybrid)

Work Experience & Education :

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

IT Project / Program Management (Practical experiences of SCRUM / PMP applications)

Exceptional experiences and demonstratable skills in

CRM (SugarCRM, Salesforce, etc.), Rate & Quotation Management Systems (design, build and run)

Data warehouse

Salary Range :

$150,000-$170,000 annually based on education and experience level
