Key Responsibilities
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance
Support benefits enrollment and management, ensuring compliance and resolving vendor issues
Assist with candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and maintaining a smooth candidate experience
Required Qualifications
3+ years of HR experience, particularly in HR operations or employee relations
Proficiency with HR technology, including HRIS, ATS, and LMS
Experience handling confidential information professionally
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Certification in HR (PHR or SHRM-CP) is preferred
