Experience : \n\n

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

\n\n

60 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Skills / Experience : If a 1st time traveler- then they need to have 3+ years of ICU experience & have Epic experience.

Weekend Requirements 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule

Holiday Requirements May be asked to go into the Holiday Rotation

Is there a call or standby requirement? Rare, for low census

Floating Requirements : Must float within Zone 1 : PEN, SFM, SFI, SMC, STM

\n\n

May be asked to float into any other acuity level; ICU, PCU / Stepdown, & MS-Tele

\n\n

Facility holidays : 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025, 01 / 01 / 2026. Number of holidays allowed off : 1. Start assignment restriction : 14 days

\n\n

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

\n\n

1 reference from last 12 months (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission

\n\n
