Regional Human Resources Manager - Decatur, IL This is a full-time, exempt level position. Relocation assistance is available. The Regional Human Resources (HR) Manager leads HR strategy and execution across multiple locations in our Oilseeds business unit. Overseeing a team of area / plant HR Managers, this role drives results in engagement, workforce planning, performance, talent development, succession, diversity, and change leadership. Through strong partnerships, proactive problem-solving, and timely action, the Regional HR Manager fosters a culture where people perform at their best and the business achieves its full potential. What We're Looking For :

• Strategic Business Partner : Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives, guiding leaders on talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
• Talent Management Expertise : Experience in designing and executing strategies for recruitment, retention, performance management, and employee development.
• Influential Leadership : Proven ability to influence and collaborate with leaders at all levels, effectively communicating HR initiatives and driving change.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : History of working effectively across functions and geographies, fostering a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
• Analytical Skills : Strong ability to use data and metrics to inform HR strategies and decisions.
• Regulatory Compliance : In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations in the US, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
• Change Management : Experience leading change initiatives, anticipating challenges, and implementing solutions.
• Continuous Improvement : Commitment to learning and applying industry best practices in HR.

What You Need To Succeed : Minimum Qualifications

At least 4 years as an HR generalist across multiple disciplines (e.g., workforce planning, talent acquisition, career development)

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between :

$100,100.00 - $184,700.00

The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
