- Location : Remote – must be in Travis Region (Austin, TX + surrounding areas)
- Fieldwork : Some member-facing field visits, but mainly remote / telephonic
- Schedule : M–F, no overtime required

Role Overview
Purpose :
Provide behavioral health triage and case management for youth (ages 3–21).Handle inbound / outbound behavioral health callsPerform assessments, interventions, and care planning within scope of license.Support callers by offering education, recovery concepts, and referralsTypical Day :
Majority of work is phone-based outreachCaseload includes adolescents & young adultsAssess gaps in care, document calls / actions in software.Collaborate with team & external agencies.Team Culture :

Education (Required) :
Master's degree in Mental Health, Social Work, or Nursing.Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing acceptable.Licensure (Required) :
Fully licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, LMSW, or RNExperience (Required) :
2–4 years related behavioral health experience.Experience with adolescent population (preferred ages 3–21).Case management background (caseload handling, assessments, care plans).Preferred :
Telephonic counseling or managed care environment experience.Strong computer & documentation skills (Microsoft Office, EHR / data entry).Excellent communication and organizational skills.Disqualifiers :
Long history of private practice only (less adaptable to telephonic / case management).Spotty job history with many short-term (Performance Indicators :
