Accounting Associate- Hybrid

Location : Brickell, Miami

Salary Range : $110,000 - $120,000 + 10-15% Bonus

    • Responsibilities of the Associate, Accounting :

  • Prepare financial statements for general partner entities
  • Execute quarterly closings and journal entries using Investran
  • Manage capital calls, distributions, and capital account summaries
  • Support external audits and carry plan administration
  • Collaborate on UK employment-related securities filings
  • Drive reporting enhancements through technology
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from internal stakeholders and external advisers

    • Qualifications of the Associate, Accounting :

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Background in financial services within a nationally recognized public accounting firm
  • Familiarity with private equity partnership accounting and carried interest preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or Finance; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
  • Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
