About the Role :

TGSV Enterprises, Inc. is seeking experienced Construction Superintendents to join our growing team. We have multiple openings across a range of exciting projects, including commercial ground-up developments and healthcare construction projects .

Key Qualifications :

• Proven experience managing commercial ground-up and / or healthcare construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and on-site operations.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety , quality , and project efficiency .
• Willingness to work on projects located in the Upper Keys (for healthcare assignments).
