Support Technician Top Secret / Full Scope Polygraph
Location : Chantilly, VA (On-Site / Office)
We are seeking a mission-driven Support Technician to provide enterprise-level support within a high-security government environment. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, classified setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver generalist support across multiple service areas and customer groups.
- Interface with internal teams, leadership, military personnel, and other government agencies (OGAs).
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Resolve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision.
- Provide responsive, high-quality customer service tailored to specialized support needs.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and mission requirements.
Required Qualifications :
Active Top Secret clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.Minimum of 4 years of administrative or customer support experience.High School Diploma or GED.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree.At least 2 years of experience supporting the Sponsor or a similar agency.Core Competencies :
Strong organizational and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Familiarity with IC protocols and secure environments.
