Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate patient admissions and transfers to other facilities within the market, other markets, and other healthcare facilities according to patient acuity, bed availability, and required services.

Customer Service Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering compassionate, patient-centered service.

Clinical Experience : Background in Emergency Department (ED), Critical Care, and / or Triage nursing preferred.

Phone Triage Experience : Strong ability to assess patient needs over the phone and provide accurate, timely guidance.

Technology Proficiency : Comfortable using digital health platforms, electronic medical records (EMRs), and multi-line phone systems.

Adaptability : Able to work independently in a remote environment if needed, while managing multiple tasks and maintaining high attention to detail.

Collaborate with the nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members to place patients in appropriate levels of care to achieve desired outcomes.
