As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, check credentials, and conduct regular patrols to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access to the location by verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.

Assist with enforcing site-specific policies and procedures related to access control for personnel, visitors, and vehicles.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious activity.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting employees, visitors, and contractors as needed.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with company and client protocols.

Support emergency response activities, including guiding occupants during evacuations and / or other critical events.

Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal supervisors to address security-related concerns and improve site procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
