About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated Account Director to manage a portfolio of established client brands at Envision Horizons. In this role, you'll lead a small team, develop partnerships, and drive brand growth strategies. Your key responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, analyzing trends, and overseeing forecasts, media plans, and advertising (PPC and DSP). You’ll work with brands from diverse industries, ensuring every day brings new challenges.

Salary : $ 120k to $150k annually

What You’ll Do :

Owning client relationships and effectively communicating with clients and other Envision Horizons team members

Uncovering Amazon advertising optimization opportunities, and building out strategic ad plans to drive growth

Approving and being the strategic lead for client forecasts, media plans, and profitability reports

Help the team continuously improve their account management skills by training and mentoring junior team members

Prioritizing tasks and staying organized while balancing several brands and making sure that everything is operating smoothly

Coordinating with Account Managers, Support Teams, and Virtual Assistants to ensure task completion

Constantly exploring what is working on Amazon, the competitive landscape, and new features

Mediate and resolve client conflict through direct conversations with our partners

What You Bring :

5+ years managing consumer brands on Amazon

2+ years leading a team

2+ years of agency experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Passion for e-commerce

Experience with Pay Per Click (Amazon PPC preferred)

Excited to work with diverse clients across industries

Proven ability to turn client needs into actionable plans

Strong verbal and written communication

Results-driven, self-motivated, and organized

Able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Proficient in MS Office / Google Suite and Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas)
