Position Summary

The Therapist I provides individual and group therapy sessions for clients in an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization mental health facility. Therapists assess the therapeutic needs of clients, develop appropriate treatment plans, and facilitate group and individual therapy sessions. Position collaborates with clients, team members, external clinical partners and family members, as appropriate, to coordinate care throughout the treatment process.

Essential Responsibilities :

Education and Experience

Position requires a masters degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Must hold a current Florida state licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT), in good standing. Position requires a minimum of one (1) year experience working with clients with primary mental health diagnosis.
