Job Duties :

As our Business Controller, you will partner with key leaders and the Finance Director to drive performance through financial insights and ensures compliance with KONE's Financial Control Model and accounting standards. This role oversees planning processes, ensures KPIs are meaningful and actionable, and supports benefit realization through performance-based actions.

You will bring 5+ years of progressive and successful relevant experience in finance to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor's degree in finance or business.

Annual Base Pay Range :

The hiring range for this role is $111,100 $152,790. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation :

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50 / 50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
