A company is looking for a Staff Engineer to create technical strategies for key systems and ensure platform scalability.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide architectural leadership across engineering teams and business departments
Connect independent systems to ensure clean and discoverable customer data
Partner with stakeholders to enhance the tech stack for business needs
Required Qualifications :
10-12 years of software development experience with a focus on systems architecture
8+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails
Experience in Agile and TDD environments building SaaS applications in the cloud (AWS)
Proven track record of leading projects and mentoring engineers
Solid understanding of modern web app development at scale
