Senior Salesforce Administrator

Location : Austin, TX (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office)

Reports to : Salesforce Architect

Are you a Salesforce expert who thrives on building scalable systems that power revenue growth? Join us as a Senior Salesforce Administrator and play a key role in optimizing and expanding Togetherwork's Salesforce ecosystem. You'll partner closely with the Salesforce Architect and Revenue Operations leadership to design, implement, and maintain solutions that empower our go-to-market teams and deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Support the Salesforce Architect as their "right-hand" in maintaining, enhancing, and scaling Togetherwork's Salesforce org and adjacent tech stack.
• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration for 300+ users, including error resolution, user management, and performance optimization.
• Scope, design, and execute Salesforce enhancements - from small configuration changes to cross-functional projects - ensuring alignment with our business roadmap.
• Lead the internal Salesforce support queue, triaging and resolving end-user requests quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions for new integrations and automation initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and system reliability through proactive monitoring, audits, and optimization of Salesforce and related systems.
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis of system performance, data structure, and workflow automation.
• Partner with the Revenue Operations team to review, prioritize, and deliver Salesforce projects on time and within scope.

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation / personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote : $90,000 - $100,000 USD per year
