Role : Branch Manager
The Branch Manager oversees day-to-day parts and service operations and facility maintenance for the assigned branch, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. This role leads the branch supervisor team, manages inventory control, coordinates maintenance activities, and implements strategies to enhance operational performance.

Job Responsibilities
Oversee Parts and Service departments for efficient workflow and service deliveryEnsure branch maintenance and a safe working environmentMonitor inventory levels and manage stockDevelop strategies with Operations Managers for business growth and efficiencyProvide after-hours support for technicians, vehicle maintenance, and customers as neededPromote Product Support programs and marketing initiativesManage Parts and Service discounting fairlyPropose process improvements for Parts and Service departmentsMeet and exceed performance goals and budgetsSupport Regional Service & Warranty Administrators with documentation for claim processingDispatch field service technicians to maximize customer satisfactionManage branch budgets, revenue, and expensesLead, mentor, and motivate the branch teamAddress team conflicts professionally and impartiallyCollaborate with Human Resources for hiring and discipline processesOversee staff training in safety procedures and conduct regular safety inspectionsCoordinate with the Director of Facilities and vendors for facility repairs and maintenanceQualifications
