A company is looking for a Total Loss Settlement Supervisor to lead and mentor a team in managing total loss claims.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the full lifecycle of claims and drive adjuster results to meet client KPIs

Provide coaching, training, and manage HR-related tasks for team development

Compile and analyze reports on team performance and manage customer escalations

Required Qualifications :

Current leadership experience in total loss settlements with an insurance carrier

2-5 years of experience in Auto Total Loss Settlement within the Insurance Industry

1+ year of proven results in Total Loss Settlement team leadership

Extensive knowledge of automobile total loss processes and estimating platforms

Thorough understanding of automobile terminology and vehicle construction
