The Opportunity :

We’re looking for a results-driven Director of Engineering & Quality to join our Executive Leadership Team and lead the development and execution of engineering and quality strategies that support business objectives, ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Your role leads multidisciplinary teams, maintains quality system certifications, optimizes manufacturing processes, supports product development, and fosters a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Strategic Leadership & Talent Development

Provide strategic direction and leadership to Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, and Quality teams.

Maintain SRC Automotive’s quality system certifications and ensure compliance with applicable standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, lower costs, and improve product quality.

Provide technical engineering and quality support to current and prospective customers.

Develop and manage budgets for Engineering and Quality departments.

Actively participate in Open Book Management through the Great Game of Business.
