We're searching for a diligent dependable office assistant to provide administrative support for our senior account managers. You’ll be responsible for working with or sales team on customer relations, quoting, paperwork processing, order fulfillment, and several other things. This is to be done in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes. and creating a wonderful customer experience.

This role works directly with sales, purchasing, accounting, and operations to assist in efficiencies and improvements in our customer relations department. Efforts in marketing in customer relations are a strong part of this role. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in both accounting and customer service. Compensation : $15 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
  • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
  • Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
  • Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus

We also stock an abundance of small wares, cutlery, plumbing, janitorial supplies, and miscellaneous front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house needs. We offer additional services, including a repair service and maintenance division, an in-house delivery and installation team, and a consulting and design division.
