HireLevel is seeking an Office Coordinator in St. Louis, MO.

Job Title : Office Coordinator

Job Type : Temp to Hire

Location : St. Louis, MO

Pay : $18- $25 / hr. based on experience

Proactively sees to it that the administrative office runs smoothly and efficiently. Answers all phone calls in a timely and professional manner. Immediately greets and assists any visitors coming into the office.

Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator :

  • Answer all incoming calls in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Serve as the “voice” and “face” of the organization.
  • Greeting any visitors and maintaining sign in and out sheets.
  • Monitors incoming faxes and forwards to appropriate employees.
  • Opens and distributes all incoming mail, sends out any outgoing mail.
  • Maintains company phone and email lists on shared drive.
  • Maintains inventory and places orders for office supplies.
  • Prepares purchase orders for office and medical supplies.
  • Maintains On-Call calendars & sends email reminders.
  • Maintains conference room and meeting schedules.
  • Processes over the phone payments.
  • Collects and logs any copayments made.
  • Assists with scheduling Outpatient Therapy appointments.
  • Enters department payroll reports into spreadsheets.
  • Maintains all company files in storage, pulling files when needed.

Requirements of the Office Coordinator :

  • 3+ years’ experience in a professional office setting.
  • Maintains the highest level of friendliness and professionalism, even under pressure.
  • Maintains and excellent attendance record.
  • Must be customer service oriented and have a desire to help others.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have a strong ability to multi-task and get things done with urgency.
