Position(s) : Indirect Senior Tax Analyst (full-time, permanent)

Shift Schedule : Monday - Friday (regular business operating hours)

Location : Greenwood Village, Colorado

Forbes Bros USA Inc. is currently seeking a self-driven Indirect Senior Tax Analyst (full-time, permanent) based out of Greenwood Village, Colorado. This will be a hybrid role that requires the successful candidate to be in office three (3) days a week.

As the Indirect Senior Tax Analyst (full-time, permanent) , this key position will participate in projects around Sales and Use filings, Business licenses and State registrations. The successful candidate will ensure all returns are processed accurately and on time, that all regulatory reporting and filing requirements are met and payments are completed. Additionally, the Indirect Senior Tax Analyst will ensure we renew, and update tax registration as needed to support our ongoing projects across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities :

Monthly, Quarterly and Annual State Sales & Use Filings and monthly G / L reconciliations of the State Tax S&U Accounts
