Application Support Specialist

A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day use of electronic health record and case management applications

Design and refine custom forms, fields, and workflows to simplify data capture

Build interactive dashboards and scheduled reports to visualize trends and program outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools for analysis, reporting, and collaboration

Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Platform, or Power Automate; entry-level Microsoft certification preferred

Familiarity with EHR and client case management systems; experience with MyAvatar is helpful

Understanding of data privacy and information security practices; follow HIPAA / FERPA and organizational policies
