ACCOUNTING ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT Job Title :

Position Summary :

  • The Accounting Administrative Assistant will assist in supporting the day-to-day functions of our organization.
  • This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in nonprofit administration.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Support daily administrative tasks and organizational operations Assist with maintaining and organizing files, records, and databases Contribute to process documentation and operational manuals Assist with procurement, vendor management, and office supply tracking Track and update financial transactions, maintaining organized and accurate financial records.
  • Perform data entry into QuickBooks and assist with generating financial reports and statements.

    • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Intermediate bookkeeping skills Effective written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and take initiative Comfortable using Microsoft Office.

    • Passion for social impact and nonprofit work Preferred Skills :
