The UFC GYM is seeking a HIGH ENERGY HIIT Instructor to lead a group of Youth participants (ages 6-12) through a series of movements and exercises. We are seeking a motivated HIIT Coach to join our dynamic team and help our members unleash their full potential. If you have a strong background in Fitness and HIIT, excellent communication skills, work well with children, and a commitment to fostering a positive and supportive fitness community, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Conducting engaging and challenging HIIT classes for youth members of all fitness levels.
  • Providing personalized coaching and feedback to parents to optimize their performance and technique.
  • Ensuring a safe training environment through proper equipment setup, maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Motivating and inspiring members to surpass their fitness goals while fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among participants.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a group fitness coach, demonstrating the ability to lead and guide individuals and groups effectively.
  • Knowledge of HIIT principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Must personally be in excellent physical shape with the ability to demonstrate and perform all exercises included in training.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with youth members and provide constructive feedback.
  • A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
  • Ability to adapt and tailor workouts for individuals with varying fitness levels and physical capabilities.
  • A positive and motivating attitude, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the gym.
  • Plan and develop a variety of exercise routines, choose appropriate music and choreograph different movements appropriate for each class.
  • IMPORTANT : Lead the class by performing the workout along with the participants who follow your lead.
  • Experience with CrossFit, Les Mills, TRX, Bootcamp, etc. is a plus, but not required.
