ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of Roswell Sales Manager (RSM) involves overseeing the Roswell Assistant Manager and the Roswell sales team with a focus on achieving sales goals and fostering team growth. This position demands a balance of leadership, sales expertise, and customer service to drive both team success and personal growth in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Collaborate with and report to the Brown & Company Sales Manager
- Support, challenge, and mentor the Assistant Manager and sales team both as a group and as individuals
- Help sales team cultivate strategies to close sales, solve challenges, and manage conflicts with colleagues and clients
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales quotas regularly
- Supervise, guide, and provide feedback to the Assistant Manager and sales team
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Track sales associates’ progress toward monthly and annual goals
- Participate in sales meetings and trainings to monitor team development
- Ensure the store is well-stocked and products are displayed properly
- Collaborate with the service department to foster teamwork between sales and service teams
- Assist the inventory team when required
- Handle administrative tasks such as approving time off and overseeing the Assistant Manager in creating weekly schedules to ensure adequate sales floor coverage
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with the Assistant Manager for individual development
- Train the team on the Point of Sale (POS) and service systems, ensuring proficiency
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
