A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead executive hiring efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead full-cycle searches for VP-level and C-suite roles across various departments
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals
Develop tailored search strategies and facilitate structured interview processes to enhance candidate experience
Required Qualifications
7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4+ years in executive search or senior-level hiring
Proven track record in placing Director, VP, and C-level talent across multiple functions
Deep understanding of executive assessment methodologies and leadership competencies
Exceptional sourcing and networking skills, with experience using search tools
Strong understanding of U.S. employment law related to remote hiring practices
