We are looking for a BE / BC Emergency Medicine Physician to join our established team at a Level 2 Trauma Center in northern Texas, offering competitive hourly rates and a partnership track. Our facility sees 75k annual visits and provides a great work-life balance with minimal overnight shifts, full-time nocturnists, and excellent community amenities. Seeking BE / BC Emergency Medicine Physician to join talented team in northern Texas. Level 2 Trauma Center with a 42 bed ER, and 75k annual visits, located two hours NW of Dallas / Fort Worth. We have a very competitive hourly as IC with partnership track as we are looking to add to the practice.

Join a highly stable group (30-year history) with great relations with the hospital with very low turnover of group.

• Relocation fee and sign on bonus given by hospital.
• Turnaround time to disposition typically 2 to 3 hours with 2pph average.
• 10-hour 6 MD shifts with scribes available
• 30-hour APP coverage in fast track.
• Four full time nocturnists with minimal overnight shifts.
• Attached CDU run by senior APPs with physician backup.
• Epic EMR.
• No psych holds and 24-hour ER social work who can place patients directly to nursing homes.
• Amazing relationship with hospitalist group who admits everything and no push back!
• Current or in process Texas license preferred.
• Small town feel with lots to do.
