Junior Software Developer

Dayton, Ohio | Full-time | Possible Hybrid remote / in-office work

Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Software Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to mission-critical projects, leveraging your expertise in full-stack development, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices to create scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and secure.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX / UI designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Code Reviews : Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Architecture & Design : Contribute to architectural decisions, design patterns, and technology stack choices to meet business requirements.
• Testing & Debugging : Implement automated testing frameworks and debug complex issues to ensure high-quality code.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends, continuously improving the development process and suggesting enhancements.
• Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for architecture, design, and code to support ongoing development and maintenance.

Technical Stacks :

Qualifications :

✅ Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

✅ Experience : 1-5 years of experience in full stack development

✅ Technical Skills :

o Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Angular.

o Strong back-end development skills in languages like Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET Core.

o Experience with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

o Familiarity with cloud services (AWS) and experience deploying applications in a cloud environment.

o Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI / CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git).

o Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.

o Experience with APIs t support Low-Code / No-Code Development Platform models

o Experience using low-code / no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools and experience developing application / process automation software based on BPMN models

o Experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server database and Microsoft .NET development environment

o Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development

Preferred Qualifications :

SALARY RANGE : $65-$75K based on experience and qualifications.
