Position : Escrow Assistant

Full-Time : 40 Hours

Location : Irving, TX 75063

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (OT may be required, especially at month-end)

Assignment : 11 / 10 / 2025 - 5 / 8 / 2026 (Potential for extension / temp to perm)

Pay Range : $19.00 / HR, paid weekly.

Job Summary : The Escrow Assistant provides administrative and operational support throughout the escrow process. This role involves preparing, reviewing, and processing a variety of escrow-related documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all transactions. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Open new escrow orders and input closing statement information accurately.
• Prepare documents for closing, including disbursement and follow-up materials.
• Handle mail and packages via FedEx, UPS, and USPS, and manage document shipments to collateral warehouses, lenders, and borrowers.
• Review, reconcile, and organize all documents within closing packages.
• Interpret agreements related to closings and prepare all required transaction documents.
• Communicate requirements, updates, and other information to clients and internal teams.
• Perform data entry, task tracking, and document management within company systems.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude in all interactions.
