We currently have an open position for Corporate Billing Lead located at our Spokane Corporate Office.
You will be responsible for processing client billing from time-sheets, tracking compliance, monthly audits and data / record maintenance, review contracts to insure accuracy. You will take ownership of the Accounts Receivable process : from data collection to invoicing to payment collection. This is a fast pace, multi-state, multi-company environment offering the ability to use your accounting experience in a practical way.
Job Skills / Requirements
Excellent professional written communication
Experience with at least one accounting software program and quick to learn new software.
Knowledge of Job Costing and tracking
At least 2 years working in an administrative / bookkeeping type position.
Understanding of generally accepted accounting practices (GAAP)
Must have attention to detail
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be able to multi-task and take ownership of responsibilities
Certification Requirements (All)
Valid State Drivers License
