Job Details

An acclaimed Japanese restaurant group is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the team at our Miami location. Known for our innovative approach to Japanese cuisine and commitment to hospitality, we’re looking for a dedicated culinary leader to help drive excellence and consistency as the restaurant continues to grow.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, design-forward concept that has expanded from New York City and is quickly becoming a local favorite. Our team is rooted in a culture of hospitality, respect, and culinary precision, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and professional development.

What We Offer

  • Salary : $70,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
  • 40 additional vacation hours annually for salaried managers

Who You Are

  • Passionate about people and hospitality
  • A strong communicator and team leader
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Flexible schedule : able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sous Chef or comparable leadership role

    • Responsibilities

  • Support the Chef de Cuisine in day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Supervise prep, production, inventory, and ordering
  • Train and develop kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
