What You'll Do

- Inspect interior and exterior areas of the facility and perform maintenance as needed.
\n
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on all production equipment.\n
Perform electrical and mechanical installations and maintenance within the campus; coordinate with outside contractors as needed.\n
Support manufacturing teams by repairing and upgrading production equipment.\n
Assist with maintenance tasks beyond electrical work when necessary.\n
Maintain and help manage spare parts inventory.\n
Report quality or safety issues and communicate effectively with supervisors and the maintenance team.\n
Uphold company standards of professionalism and safety.\n
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with Sealing Devices Quality System guidelines.\n
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.\n \n What You'll Need to Succeed
Education & Experience
\n
High school diploma or equivalent required.\n
Associate's degree in Electrical-Mechanical Systems Maintenance or related field preferred.\n
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.\n
Experience running conduit and wiring machines or facility systems.\n
Skilled with diagnostic and craft tools (e.g., multimeters, conduit benders).\n
Ability to read schematics, troubleshoot, and perform basic math calculations.Salary ranges for this position are determined based upon the job location and can be adjusted based upon experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual team members. Salary range for this role is $29.00 per hour - $32.00 per hour.
