Job Description & Requirements Hematology - Oncology Physician StartDate : 12 / 1 / 2025 Pay Rate : $3637.50 - $3937.50 This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday–Thursday 7 : 30 AM–5 : 30 PM with night call, then 24-hour remote call Friday–Sunday
• Practice Setting : Outpatient clinic
• Type of cases and required procedures : All aspects of Diagnosis, Staging, Precision Medicine, symptom management, and Treatment of Hematology / Oncology Patients.
• Credentialing timeframe : 30-60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : iKnowmed (Clinic) and Cerner (Infusion)
• Certifications required : Board Certified, Basic Life Support and Advance Cardiac Life Support
