Claims Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claims Processing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to ensure performance, accuracy, and a positive customer experience

Ensure compliance with operating instructions and risk management for the business

Drive team performance through coaching and project management initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma / GED with 3 years of relevant experience in a veterinary clinic or similar setting

3+ years of clinical veterinary experience with proficiency in medical terminology

Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience with a proven track record

Flexible availability to work between 6 AM & 9 PM EST, including weekends and holidays

1 year of relevant claims experience within a clinic or hospital setting
