Arup seeks a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Electrical Engineering Leader / Project Manager to support our rapidly growing Healthcare Business in the West Geography. This role plays a key part in leading major projects-most notably a high-profile healthcare project in Phoenix-and contributes strategically to the expansion of our healthcare portfolio. As a senior leader, you oversee complex multidisciplinary teams, provide technical and project leadership, mentor future leaders, and embody Arup's mission of shaping a better world.

Travel Requirements :

• Candidates not based in Phoenix must be willing to travel 20-40% for project-related needs.
• Candidates based in Phoenix will have limited travel requirements for project client meetings as needed.
