Software Development Manager

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage delivery of scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

Establish and refine development processes to improve efficiency and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software development

1+ years of experience in product management or as a product owner

Demonstrated track record of successfully delivered products or features

Expert level programming skills in relevant languages (Coldfusion) with a strong understanding of software architecture

Knowledge of design patterns and agile methods
